Peace Conditions Will Change If Kyiv Rejects Moscow's New Proposal: Putin
According to the President, "the realities on the ground, along the front lines will continue to change unfavorably for the Kyiv regime, and the conditions for starting negotiations will be different."
Russia's new peace proposal and Kyiv's and the West's rejection of it will lead to changes in the proposed terms, as the situation on the battlefield will deteriorate for Kyiv. Russian President Vladimir Putin made this statement during a meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
"If Kyiv and Western capitals refuse, as before, then ultimately it's their business, their political and moral responsibility for continuing the bloodshed. It is obvious that on the ground, the realities along the front lines will further change unfavorably for the Kyiv regime, and the conditions for starting negotiations will be different," he stated.
