Georgia to Ban Import of Trucks and Buses Manufactured Before 2014
Starting January 1, 2025, Georgia will prohibit the import of trucks and buses manufactured before 2014. This restriction is being imposed as the country prepares to transition to Euro-5 standards.
The ban will not apply to vehicles that are already in the country, nor to those being imported for the purposes of re-export or transit.
