Exports of Armenian Fruits to Russia Have Increased
Exports of Armenian fruits to Russia have increased by at least twofold. The State Service for Food Safety of the Republic of Armenia has implemented all necessary control measures over the phytosanitary inspection of cargo exported from Armenia to Russia to prevent the supply of non-compliant goods to Russia, an issue noted by Russian authorities last November.
Through consistent border control and promptly addressing emerging issues at the expert level, the export of fruits from Armenia to the Russian Federation has increased by at least two times in 2024 compared to 2023.
