Switzerland to Arrest Israeli Government Officials and Hamas Leaders in Case of ICC Orders
Switzerland will arrest members of the Israeli government and leaders of Hamas if the International Criminal Court (ICC) issues arrest warrants, the country's parliament has announced.
"If the ICC Pre-Trial Chamber issues an arrest order, the decision regarding methods of admissibility and cooperation with the ICC will relate to the Federal Office of Justice," the parliament's publication stated.
