Weather Forecast: Rain Expected for Several Days in the Evening Hours

The Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, a short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in certain areas after noon on June 1, and on June 2, and after noon on June 4-5, with the possibility of hail in some areas. June 3 is forecasted to be a rainless day.

The wind will be from the west at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with wind gusts of 18-23 m/s expected during thunderstorms. The air temperature will rise by 2-4 degrees from June 3-5.

In Yerevan, on the evening of June 1, and during the evenings of June 4-5, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible, accompanied by wind gusts of 16-20 m/s. No precipitation is expected on June 2-3. The afternoon of the first day of summer in the capital will be between 27-29 degrees, while the evening temperatures will register at +21...+23 degrees.
