The Authorities Would Not Have Engaged in Such Degrees of Lawlessness if Not Encouraged by Certain International Actors: Tigran Abrahamyan
The authorities would not have engaged in such degrees of lawlessness if not encouraged and supported by certain international actors and those institutions that serve democracy and human rights to fulfill their geopolitical objectives. This was stated by Armenian National Assembly Member Tigran Abrahamyan on his Facebook page.
“The third president, Serzh Sargsyan, termed this phenomenon as ‘disproportionate support,’ which, although a diplomatic definition of the situation, encompasses the entire essence of the issue. Furthermore, the president clearly indicated that the topic is more complex and profound because, while the issue may seem to be internal, the behavior of international actors must be viewed in a geopolitical context.
However, the law enforcement system must understand that if they are currently given a carte blanche for illegal actions, this is not only applicable to this phase but will also not exempt them from legal responsibility in the future,” he wrote.
