VIDEO: The Flood in Lori Province May Have Been Intentional, Says Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan

The flood in Lori province may have been orchestrated to receive funds from somewhere, stated Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan in a statement made in the government yard.

“It has already been determined how the flood could have been prevented, but these people are not talking to scientists or specialists, and everything is left in a state of neglect. I don’t want to take the blame, but perhaps this was done intentionally to prevent a demonstration or maybe to obtain money from somewhere. It’s a theory. I repeat, I don’t want to take the blame, but we have the right to live with theories. I have spoken with scientists who stated what measures should have been taken. My point is that these people understand nothing about the issue, nor do they consult anyone, thus they are the ones responsible for the disaster,” he noted.
