Ukraine Announces Strikes on Russia Using Storm Shadow Missiles with London’s Approval
Ukrainian military officials have taken advantage of British authorities' permission to strike within Russian territory using Storm Shadow long-range missiles, said Yuriy Sak, an advisor to Ukraine's Minister of Strategic Industries, in an interview with Bloomberg.
In response to a question from the broadcaster about whether Kyiv would use weapons transferred from Europe to target Russian positions, Sak noted that there is already a precedent for such actions. “The British authorities have previously allowed Ukraine to use the Storm Shadow long-range missiles provided by them, and we are already successfully utilizing them,” stated the minister's advisor. He did not specify in which particular areas this type of weapon is being used.
