Tigran Avinyan Addresses Floods Affecting North-Eastern Armenia

The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has addressed the floods that have hit north-eastern Armenia, making a post on his Facebook page.

“I am deeply concerned about the situation created in Lori Province due to heavy rainfall. I have contacted the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Gnel Sanosyan, and informed him that Yerevan is ready to provide as much support as possible in terms of human and technical resources to the ministry and other state departments, as well as to lend a helping hand to our compatriots during this difficult time,” the mayor wrote.
