Dodik to Propose Peaceful Demarcation Agreement to Sarajevo
The authorities of the Republic of Srpska (RS) will officially present a draft agreement on peaceful demarcation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Sarajevo within 30 days, stated RS President Milorad Dodik.
He announced the proposal due to the progress of the resolution on the 'genocide in Srebrenica' by the Government of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina (RS BiH). On May 23, the UN General Assembly (UNGA) took a step regarding this matter.
“In the next 30 days, a peace demarcation agreement will be proposed. Today we start with an official determination that peaceful demarcation is necessary. We will first clarify the political forces related to the entities (parts of the country), maintaining the current model of economic activity and adapting it to the peaceful demarcation model over the coming years; the Serbian people can no longer live in such a BIH,” wrote Dodik.
According to him, the Bosniaks (Muslim Slavs) have illegally humiliated the Serbs by advancing the resolution on Srebrenica.
