The Voice Heard in the Recording is Not Hrachya Ghevondyan's, Lawyers Say

The voice heard in the recording is not that of Hrachya Ghevondyan. This has been declared by Hrachya Ghevondyan's defenders, Erik Aleksanyan and Aleksandr Kochubayev.

In their statement, the lawyers also indicate that the phone number from which the conversation allegedly took place is a "fake number" and does not exist.

Earlier, it was reported that Hrachya Ghevondyan (the son of Spitak's Haiko) was arrested on suspicion of attempting to seize power.
