Accident on Sisian-Gorayk Highway: Injured Reported

On May 19, at 04:16, the Syunik regional rescue service's crisis management center received a report of a traffic accident in the village of Spandaryan, with injuries reported.

A firefighting and rescue squad from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that on the 34th kilometer of the Sisian-Gorayk highway, a Renault vehicle (driver: A.G., born in 1962) had gone off the road and rolled into a ravine (about 10 meters).

Passengers A.S. (born in 1967), V.M. (born in 1969), and L.D. (born in 1973) were extricated from the vehicle by local forces and transported to a medical center, where doctors assessed their condition as satisfactory.

Rescue teams secured the area and disconnected the vehicle from power.
