Search and Rescue Operations for Raissi Helicopter Halted Due to Weather Conditions
Due to adverse weather conditions, the aerial search for the helicopter has been halted, and rescue operations are being conducted by ground teams.
This was reported by the spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Emergency Situations. The head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society stated that 40 rapid response teams are engaged in the search efforts. Aerial searches are not feasible due to the weather conditions, with the terrain being mountainous and challenging.
Rescuers are conducting search operations from all possible directions. He also mentioned that there are massive rocks over 70 meters high at the crash site.
