City Hall Unaware That Advisor Has Been Appointed for 14 Days
The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that during a consultation on April 1, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan announced new appointments, including his advisor Petros Petoyan. "Zhoghovurd" has examined Petoyan's official biography and discovered that he stated his appointment date as March 19.
This significant discrepancy of 14 days could not be an error, indicating that the city hall is evidently not aware of the situation and the timeline for official appointments.
Note: It is possible that under the current ruling party, individuals are first 'appointed' to important positions and only later formally issued an order for legality. Alternatively, Petoyan might have simply confused the dates while filling out his biography, but this scenario is also uncomfortable.
