Georgia to Adopt Foreign Agents Law in Third Reading Tomorrow
The Parliament of Georgia will adopt the foreign agents law in its third and final reading during the plenary session on May 14. This was announced by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Irakli Kobakhidze.
“Tomorrow, the Parliament of Georgia will act in accordance with the rational will of the majority of the population and will pass the law in the third reading,” TASS quotes him as saying.
Earlier, several hundred people who opposed the foreign agents bill organized a protest near the Parliament building in Tbilisi.
