Participation in the Rally Led by Bishop Bagrat Will Result in Loss of State Support
According to information from the newspaper "Hraparak," regional governors have been taking action for several days, threatening Armenians from Artsakh who have taken refuge in Armenia. They are warned that participation in the rally led by Bishop Bagrat in Yerevan on May 9 will result in a loss of state support.
“We were told that last night, at the order of the head of the Parakar administration, a gathering was held where Artsakh residents were cautioned not to show any activity and were assured that the authorities would provide housing for them. We also learned that employees of state institutions were directly told that participation would lead to their dismissal,” the newspaper reports.
Attempts to contact the head of the Parakar administration were unsuccessful.
