CSTO Aware of Yerevan's Decision to Suspend Funding: Source
The CSTO is aware of Yerevan's decision to suspend funding, but Armenia remains a member of the organization. This was reported to TASS by a CSTO source.
Earlier, we reported that the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Armenia would abstain from joining the CSTO Collective Security Council's decision regarding the organization's budget for 2024, which is set for November 23, 2023. Armenia will also not participate in the funding of the organization's activities envisaged by this decision, while not objecting to the limited format acceptance of this decision.
