The spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, Matthew Miller, has declined to provide commentary on how he assesses U.S. Ambassador Mark Libby’s 'first visit to Nagorno-Karabakh' and what expectations he has for the meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan scheduled for May 10 in Almaty (Kazakhstan).
'I have no comments or expectations to share on that occasion,' Miller stated during a press briefing with reporters at the State Department, responding to a journalist's question, as reported by 'Voice of America'.
