Recent agreements between the border delimitation commissions of Azerbaijan and Armenia signify progress within the framework of the peace agenda. Azerbaijani news outlets report that this was stated by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a meeting with Mikhail Shvidki, the Russian President's special representative for international cultural cooperation.
