Cyprus welcomes the positive steps taken by Armenia and Azerbaijan towards using the Alma-Ata Declaration as a basis for delimitation. This was stated in a post by the Cypriot Ministry of Foreign Affairs on X.
"We welcome the measures that contribute to regional stability and security, fully respecting sovereignty, territorial integrity, and international law," the statement said.
