The Anti-Corruption Court has officially notified the commander of Artsakh's 'Yegnikner' military unit, Artsakh hero Karen Jalavyan, known as 'Kyokh', to appear before the court and be questioned regarding the criminal case initiated against former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Mikael Arzumanyan. This case is being processed in a closed-door court session. This information was reported by the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper.
It is noteworthy that on September 1, 2022, the prosecutor's office announced that charges were brought against former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army and advisor to the President of Artsakh, Mikael Arzumanyan, for giving an order to retreat to personnel who had liberated the strategically important 'Aregha' heights and adjacent combat positions during the 2020 Artsakh War.
