United States Does Not Seek a New Cold War, Says Blinken
Washington does not wish to change China's state structure and does not seek to curb China's development. This was stated by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken during a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing.
“The United States does not seek a new Cold War, does not intend to change the Chinese system, does not want to hinder China's development, does not intend to confront China through alliances, and has no intention of entering into conflict with the People's Republic of China,” said the Secretary.
