This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the President of Russia, during a briefing.
"There will be a conversation between the leaders of the two states at the Kremlin," Peskov noted.
The Kremlin representative also emphasized, "Azerbaijan is a good trade and economic partner for us, and there are significant resources to expand the entire potential of cooperation." Peskov reminded that Moscow is Baku's third most important trading partner after Italy and Turkey.
