Iran Announces Drones Shot Down Launched from Within the Country
The spokesperson for Iran's National Cyber Space Center, Hosein Daliryani, has stated that the drones shot down by Iranian air defense systems in the skies over Isfahan were launched from within the territory of the Islamic Republic. He posted this information on the social media platform X.
“Until now, there has been no air attack directed at Isfahan or other parts of the country that has been carried out from outside the country's borders. They have only made a failed and humiliating attempt to launch quadcopters, which were also shot down,” he wrote.
Commenting on reports from American media about an Israeli attack, Daliryani emphasized that these claims do not reflect reality. “It seems American media are dreaming of an Israeli attack on Iran. Otherwise, a failed assault with a few quadcopters that ended up killing a few little birds is not considered an attack anywhere in the world,” he stated.
