Bus Ends Up Among Beehives After Collision: 29 Injured

Today, on April 17, an emergency incident occurred in the Aragatsotn region. Around 18:00, a "PAZ" brand bus went off the road in the vicinity of the New Yeghrnaka village, under still unknown circumstances, collided with a resident's fence, and ended up in the yard of the house, damaging about 30 beehives located there. The bus then struck a gas pipeline.

According to the site, as a result of the collision, there is a gas leak, and the 29 passengers on the bus were stung by the bees and were taken to the "Ashtarak" medical center. Some of the injured were first assisted by the villagers, who transported them to the hospital in their own vehicles, while others were taken by the emergency doctors of the "Ashtarak" medical center.

The police department of Ashtarak has registered the incident, and the documents may be forwarded to the Investigative Committee of the Aragatsotn region. The patrol service and police are investigating the identities of the driver, the injured, and the owner of the beehives.
