During his final speech at the National Assembly, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated: "One of our values is our language, and if someone asks me why I continue to be the Prime Minister of Armenia after what I said, I will say it is because I master not only the letter of one of our most important values but also its spirit, soul, and the emotion through which I feel the feelings and emotions of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia."

“Since becoming prime minister, I have visited Voskepar and Kiran villages several times, both officially and unofficially, and when certain clergymen remember that there is a church there and they perform show mass, how many times have they remembered this church and how many times have they celebrated a service there? Is this a stand-up routine? I don’t understand,” he declared.

Pashinyan also noted that they are accused of recognizing Azerbaijan's territorial integrity: “In reality, we recognize Armenia's territorial integrity, and we need recognition of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity because Armenia's territorial integrity is enclaved by Azerbaijan. If you do not recognize the territorial integrity of Turkey and Iran, you do not recognize Armenia's because historically, the Republic of Armenia is a country that is encircled by these countries,” he said.
