Armenian Government Provided $1.3 Billion to Artsakh from 2020 to 2023
From 2020 to 2023, the Armenian government allocated 538 billion drams (approximately $1.3 billion) to Artsakh. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this during his address in the National Assembly, responding to accusations that the Armenian authorities had abandoned Artsakh.
"They say this government left Artsakh alone. Between 2020 and 2023, the Armenian government provided 538 billion drams to Artsakh. Wages in Artsakh were higher than in Armenia, and pensions were also higher than in Armenia. Artsakh has been dismantled by your hands," said Pashinyan.
