Samvel Karapetyan's Wealth is 41.5 Times Greater than U.S. Aid to Armenia: Edgar Ghazaryan

Public-political figure Edgar Ghazaryan writes: “According to publications by Forbes magazine, the wealth of Russian-Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan is estimated at $2.7 billion. His wealth exceeds the financial aid offered by the United States to Nikol Pashinyan's government (which is $65 million) by 41.5 times.

The Karapetyan family has invested approximately $30 million in the construction of a new hospital in Stepanakert, the capital of the Republic of Artsakh, which accounts for 46% of the financial aid proposed by the U.S. government to Armenia.”
