MediaHub reported that after the ethnic cleansing of Artsakh, Sargsyan Galstyan, who, according to some sources, was allegedly appointed by Azerbaijan as the military governor of Stepanakert, recently returned to Armenia. However, according to site information, he was arrested by the National Security Service (NSS) in Goris and taken into custody.
Sargsyan Galstyan's nephew, Davit Galstyan, the leader of the 'Justice' faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, told Aysor.am that he has not had information from his uncle for several months. 'To be honest, I just found out about this a few minutes ago from the media. I have no information. There has been no contact for several months. He was in Artsakh with his wife.'
