Zelensky to Reform Ukraine's Government
Volodymyr Zelensky has decided to initiate a reform of the government, with certain ministries expected to undergo functional changes, said Mikhail Podolyak, an advisor to the President's Office. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal announced on March 4 that Kyiv intends to reduce the number of ministries by one third and cut the number of civil servants. According to him, the plan is to retain no more than 15-16 ministries.
