Goris Community Donates 9 Land Parcels to the State
The Council of the Goris community has donated 9 parcels of land to the Republic of Armenia without compensation, as new residential areas are being developed in the Shurnukh settlement.
The government approved the donation during its meeting today, which will be formalized with the State Property Management Committee.
Due to the necessity of registering property rights for residential buildings being constructed in Shurnukh, as a replacement for residential real estate that has come under Azerbaijani control, it has become essential to allocate land parcels for servicing these new residential buildings. Part of the allocated land parcels (9 units) belong to the Goris community.
