180 Violations Recorded Against Construction Companies

In Yerevan, the total number of high-risk residential buildings currently stands at 314, of which administrative reports on violations have been compiled against 180 construction companies. This was reported during a procedural meeting of the Yerevan Municipality by Mayor Tigran Avinyan, who added, "Considering that the pace of construction works has increased due to weather conditions, the staff of the urban planning, land control department, public order maintenance service, and leaders of all administrative districts have established oversight to ensure proper organization of the mentioned process."

The mayor inquired whether the amount of fines had changed. "Not yet," they reported to the mayor, informing him that the project will be discussed soon.
