He did not clarify what actions France is planning to take. However, he immediately added that the French army is not fighting against Russia or the Russian people, but is only continuing to support Ukraine.

Earlier, Senator Alexey Pushkov commented on the words of the Archbishop of Canterbury, the spiritual leader of the Anglican Church, who opposed the “spirit of war” and called Macron a “disaster-carrying sedative.”

On March 14, Macron admitted that he is not prepared for a “Great War.” The French economy is not ready for a high-intensity military conflict like the war against Russia, the European state leader clarified.
