City Hall Official Charged with Bribery, Arrested
One of those arrested during the raids conducted by the Anti-Corruption Committee at the Yerevan City Hall's Architecture and Urban Planning Department is a city hall official. This information was confirmed to NEWS.am by the Armenian Anti-Corruption Committee.
"He has been charged with receiving a bribe," the Anti-Corruption Committee reported.
It is worth noting that five individuals have been arrested in connection with this investigation. Earlier, we reported that there were detainees as a result of the searches conducted at the Yerevan City Hall.
Recall that law enforcement carried out searches at the City Hall's Architecture and Urban Planning Department.
