Turkey's Erdogan: Genocide Policy Being Implemented
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government have equated their actions in Gaza with those of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, according to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. This statement was reported by the Hurriyet newspaper.
Erdogan emphasized, "What is happening in Gaza since October 7 is beyond the bounds of tolerance. A policy of genocide is being implemented. More than 32,000 Palestinians have been killed. Two million people have been forced to flee their homes. We are facing barbarism when innocent people are killed in food lines," the Turkish leader stated.
He added that from the very first day Israeli forces began striking the Palestinian enclave, Turkey has mobilized all its resources and taken a stand on behalf of the Palestinian people in international meetings.
