On March 3, at 14:37, the crisis management center of the Vayots Dzor Regional Rescue Department received a call that a reed bed was burning at the end of 26th street in Malishka village. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It is reported that one fire and rescue team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.
The fire was contained by 15:15 and extinguished by 15:27. Approximately 8,000 square meters of vegetation were burned, along with two beehives partially damaged.
