Lithuania Demands Removal of Vehicles with Russian License Plates, Threatens Seizure
Lithuanian customs has announced that vehicles registered in Russia must leave the country by March 11, or they will be seized. An exception is made for vehicles transiting through the Kaliningrad region; these vehicles may remain in Lithuania for one day, provided the owner is present in the vehicle. Otherwise, entry into the country will not be permitted.
