Eight Houses on Gay Street to Be Demolished: Residents Given Two Days to Vacate, Says Marutyan
According to the decree of the Mayor of Yerevan, eight illegally constructed residential units located at the beginning of Gay Street, between Tatul Krpeyan Park and the Valencia complex, will be demolished today. This announcement was made by Hayk Marutyan, the leader of the National Progress Party.
“We inform you that today, by the directive of the Mayor of Yerevan, eight illegally constructed residential units located at the beginning of Gay Street, between Tatul Krpeyan Park and the Valencia complex, will be demolished. Residents report that they were not given prior notice about their demolition and were only given two days to vacate the area. We urge you to address this issue,” he wrote.
