We Understood That We Must Create Our Happiness: Lukashenko
Belarus and Russia must create their own happiness. This was stated today, on February 21, by Alexander Lukashenko during negotiations with Rustam Minnikhanov, the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, in Kazan.
“Perhaps it is even good that external circumstances brought us closer together. We have stopped unnecessary arguments. We realized that, in general, we have few friends (or maybe no real friends at all) and that we must create our happiness,” said Lukashenko.
He noted that practically both sides are now implementing these approaches and working, but not without difficulties. “It takes time, but we will do it,” the Belarusian leader said.
