New Borders Should Not Be Established Between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Mirzoyan Says
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, has stated that new borders should not be established between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Instead, the maps from the late Soviet era should be reaffirmed as the basis for the delimitation of the border between the two countries.
He emphasized, “The unblocking of regional communications should occur under the sovereignty and legislation of the countries, based on the principles of reciprocity and equality.”
