The Presence of European Observers Instills Confidence in the Population: Olivier Decottignies
Olivier Decottignies, the French Ambassador to Armenia, visited the village of Norabac, located 4 kilometers away from the military contact line, alongside the EU observation mission. He shared this information on his social media account, posting a photo with Armenian villagers.
“The presence of European observers instills confidence in this isolated population, facing danger. This is tangible evidence that they are not forgotten by the world,” wrote the diplomat.
