Pashinyan Appoints Deputy Head of External Intelligence Service
On February 6, Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision to appoint a Deputy Head of the External Intelligence Service. According to the decision, "Guided by Article 19, Part 2 of the Law on External Intelligence Activities and the External Intelligence Service, and Article 9, Part 5 of the Law on Public Service, Hrant Jilavyan is appointed as the Deputy Head of the External Intelligence Service."
