Video: Details on Explosion in Nor Aresh
An explosion occurred today in the Nor Aresh neighborhood of the Erebuni administrative district.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informed Auroranews that they received reports of an explosion on 34 Nor Aresh Street. “Details are currently unavailable; preliminary information indicates that two houses have collapsed. According to eyewitnesses, there are two injured,” officials noted.
Eyewitnesses shared with Auroranews that the sound of ambulances and rescue service vehicles can already be heard at the scene.
Earlier, we reported that Auroranews received alerts about explosion sounds being heard in the Erebuni administrative district.
We contacted the police to clarify the situation in the area. The police informed us that four emergency response teams have been dispatched. Work is ongoing. Video by NEWS.am.
