"Our Anthem Contains the Word Enemy": Pashinyan
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, stated during a broadcast on Public Radio that 90 percent of the consciousness being formed in Azerbaijan today is filled by Armenians.
“Our anthem contains the word enemy. What does it mean that the perception of the enemy is an important part of our worldview? No matter what we do, our enemy is always present,” he noted.
According to Pashinyan, if we say that we are strengthening our army to go and implement the provisions of our declaration, our neighbors will form an alliance to destroy us. “We think that in this world, it is us, Azerbaijan, and Turkey,” Pashinyan stated, emphasizing that the army should be made combat-ready to defend the territorial integrity of our country, rather than to restore historical justice.
