Fare for Parakar-Yerevan Transport Increased by 50 Drams, Clarifications from the Regional Administration
Residents of the Parakar consolidated community have reported to Auroranews that the fare for route 205 serving the community has increased from 200 drams to 250 drams.
It should be noted that route 205 runs from Norakert to Yerevan, passing through several communities, including Parakar. The route is operated by the 'Ejmiatsin Cargo Passenger Transport' LLC.
The Armavir regional administration informed Auroranews that the company initially won the tender with a fare of 250 drams. 'They just took residents' circumstances into account, charging 200 drams, but they had certain issues and simply notified that they would increase it to 250 drams. The community has no authority in this matter,' he said.
