Emergency Assistance Points Established on Armenia's Highways
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia has announced that enhanced services are being implemented on the country’s highways. Due to worsening weather conditions, and following an order from the director of the rescue service, emergency assistance points have been organized in the most dangerous sections of the republic's highways. These points are designed to provide proper aid to vehicles and citizens trapped or stuck in traffic.
The rescue service units are conducting patrols and are in constant collaboration with the police patrol service, employees of road construction organizations, and representatives of local self-government bodies.
