Tsahal Reports Number of Remaining Hostages in Gaza
More than two hundred people have been held captive by the Palestinian Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip. This was stated by Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson Doron Shpilman.
“At this moment, there are about 215 hostages remaining in Gaza,” Shpilman said in a post on the X social media platform. He added that Israeli authorities do not have information on the condition of the remaining hostages, and some of them may have been killed.
