Russia Remains the Main Threat to Europe, Says Czech President
Russia remains the main threat to Europe, and European armies are preparing for high-intensity conflict. Czech President Petr Pavel made this statement during a meeting of the Visegrád Group (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland) leaders.
“Not only the Czech Republic but also NATO perceives Russia as the number one threat in Europe, and this implies the necessity to realistically prepare for such a threat. All armies take this seriously and are preparing for possible conflicts in Europe,” he stated.
