150 Prisoners for 13 Hostages: Exchange Set to Occur in Gaza Strip
The ceasefire in the Gaza Strip will commence tomorrow at 7:00 AM local time (9:00 AM Yerevan time), according to a statement by Qatar’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Majid Al Ansari.
It has been reported that within nine hours of the ceasefire, Hamas is expected to release the first group of hostages. Initially, Hamas plans to free 13 individuals out of the 50 scheduled in the first phase, while Israel will respond by releasing 150 Palestinian prisoners.
Earlier reports indicated that Hamas had set additional demands related to the hostage exchange agreement.
