EU Opens Air Bridge for Gaza: Why Didn’t You Launch a Humanitarian Corridor for Artsakh? Abrahamyan
Member of the National Assembly from the "I Have Honor" faction, Tigran Abrahamyan, wrote:
“The European Commission has announced the start of the "EU Humanitarian Air Bridge" operation aimed at delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza. I am, of course, not against protecting the humanitarian rights of the peaceful residents of Gaza, and what is happening in recent days is simply a human tragedy—with hundreds of victims among women and children on both sides.
But why didn’t international actors launch a humanitarian corridor during the 9-month blockade of Artsakh? Why did the same actors silently watch the Azerbaijani aggression and, as a result, facilitate the ethnic cleansing in Artsakh?
It is already clear to everyone what hostility the Armenian authorities have shown towards our people, but this does not excuse international players for contributing to the deaths of hundreds and the displacement of people through their indifference and silence.”
